How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the NOS Trailing app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. At the bottom of the screen choose "Delete account".
4. Confirm with your password.

The account is deleted immediately after confirmation — there is nothing to wait for and no request to send.

Deleting your account without the app

If you no longer have access to the app, contact us:

• Email: contact@nos-trailing.com
• Subject: Account deletion request
• Include the email address linked to your account

Requests are handled within 30 days of identity confirmation.

What data is deleted

Deleted immediately:

• account and registration details (first name, last name, email address),
• all saved trails together with their GPS coordinates,
• dog profiles and their events (vaccinations, reminders),
• training journal and planned sessions,
• SOS emergency contacts,
• organisation memberships.

Retained after account deletion:

• Trails shared with organisations — they stay in those groups in anonymised form (as "Anonymous") to preserve the group's history. They are not linked to your personal data.
• Backups — permanently erased within 30 days.
• Payment accounting records — kept as long as tax and accounting law requires (5 years).

Video recordings are stored only in your phone's gallery and never reach our servers — you delete them yourself on the device.

A Premium subscription is cancelled automatically when the account is deleted.
